Use this page to exercise privacy and data rights. The available legal right depends on the jurisdiction and the information involved, but LifeBook accepts requests through one global process.
LifeBook is operated from Seychelles and may be used internationally. Mandatory privacy, consumer, child-safety and digital-service protections in your jurisdiction apply where the law says they do, even when these documents refer to Seychelles law.
Your privacy choices
Depending on applicable law, you may ask LifeBook to access, correct, delete, export or restrict personal information; withdraw consent; object to certain processing; exercise applicable sale/sharing/targeted-advertising choices; limit certain sensitive-data uses; appeal a decision; or raise an AI, child/guardian or memorial-related request.
Identity and authority verification
LifeBook may need to verify your identity before disclosing, changing or deleting information. Verification is proportionate to the sensitivity of the request. A parent, guardian, authorised agent, executor or representative may be asked for evidence of authority where relevant.
Response times
LifeBook responds within the period required by the law applicable to the request. Different jurisdictions have different deadlines and may permit extensions in appropriate cases. If more time is legally permitted and needed, LifeBook will provide the notice required by law.
No unlawful discrimination
LifeBook will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a protected privacy right. A feature may stop working if it genuinely requires information you have asked LifeBook to delete, where the law permits that consequence.
Regulatory complaints
You may contact LifeBook first so the matter can be investigated. This does not remove a statutory right to complain directly to a privacy, consumer or data-protection authority with jurisdiction over your request.
